Career highlights include:
Overseeing the strategy, development and ongoing management of over 170 unique B2B email newsletter titles and numerous email promotions as Director of Email Product Development for Reed Business Information US (formerly Cahners, a subsidiary of Reed Elsevier).
Leading a strategic/creative team that developed an online registration, email marketing and sweepstakes program for Hasbro, the second-largest manufacturer of toys and games, resulting in a 300% increase in growth of their opt-in email list.
Participating as an active member of the product team that launched CQ Alert, Congressional Quarterly's first subscription-based website and their first email newsletter product.
Developing, launching and marketing an email-and-website options trading service while at KCI Communications which met a first year revenue goal of $200,000 in just under three months.
Jeanne started her career with CompuServe, which was then the leading online service, in the late 1980s, before "Internet" was a household word.
In the mid-1990s, with the advent of the World Wide Web, Jeanne moved into the publishing industry, helping top organizations like Congressional Quarterly and Reed Business Information US (formerly Cahners and a division of Reed Elsevier) move their content online and monetize it.

Jeanne is a regular columnist for ClickZ Experts and a sought-after speaker for workshops and industry events. In 2010 she taught full-day Email Marketing Essentials Training Workshops for MarketingSherpa in 10 cities in the United States and Canada. Jeanne also publishes The Jennings Report, an email newsletter containing market research, articles and other resources for email marketing professionals.
After graduating from Dickinson College (Carlisle, PA) with a Bachelor's degree, double major in economics and political science, Jeanne went to Georgetown University (Washington, DC) and earned her MBA with a concentration in marketing. Still a Georgetown resident, she is a huge fan of the Washington Capitals (Let's Go Caps!) and looks forward to the day when the Washington Redskins are good again.
